-Overseeing customer account management, I have negotiated contracts and agreements to maximize profit within a short space of time.
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

-Handling recruitment accounts for global Giants in aviation, industrial manufacturing, retail, hospitality, automotive and most industry sectors
-I am currently handling more than 35 active clients.
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Prepare reports on account status
-Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-Talent Acquisition
-Answer all debt counseling related questions and advise on the right services for debt counseling
-Assess clients' overall financial situation by reviewing income, assets, debts, expenses, credit reports, or other financial information.
-Evaluate clients before acknowledging that they qualify for debt counseling
-Assess financial status of clients.
-Create debt management plans, spending plans, or budgets to assist clients to meet financial goals.
-Develop financial plans for clients.
-Interview clients by telephone or in person to gather financial information
-Prioritize client debt repayment to avoid dire consequences, such as bankruptcy or foreclosure or to reduce overall costs, such as by paying high-interest or short-term loans first.
-Being a bright, articulate, and detail-oriented with a genuine desire to find solutions to customer problems. --They play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Amazon customers, helping solve problems such as: locating a package; connecting an Echo to a Fire TV; returning an item; or assisting a delivery driver to get a package to a customer on time.
