Digital Strategy Formulation:
Devised Digital Transformation Strategy for the League of Arab States which will create a new space of economic growth and enable the Arab countries to transform towards a secure, inclusive and sustainable digital future. Key contribution includes:
 Developed sectorial best practices for Industry 4.0, Fintech, E-Health, E-Education, E-commerce and, Precision Agriculture
 Stakeholders mapping and interaction for Digital Economy Strategy
 Devised an implementation plan (Scope, Budget, Timeline, Target Segment) for 20 digital economy programs
 Developed “Arab Digital Economy Index” for 12 Arab countries which explores ways of assessing innovation, human capital and competitiveness of the country from nine different aspects and dimensions.

Financial Modelling:
Projects focused on developing financial models in order to assess the financial feasibility of the projects. The projects were analyzed based on key financial indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback Period). Key contributions include:
 Assisted client with quantitative and financial analysis by developing a comprehensive 10-year financial plan (CAPEX, Revenue, OPEX) for operating three international schools and education service business unit in Egypt.
 Crafted a 5-year financial plan to analyze the sustainability of operating two home textile retail outlets. The financial plan comprised of detailed revenue projections, total investment and operational cost along with two financial statements (Income statement, Cashflow Statement).
