• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests while accommodating at the facility. Performing the tasks of responding to the queries and request of guests and clients. Handling the responsibilities of managing guest relation activities of the organization.
include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
Administer all guest departure on everyday basis and ensure compliance to all established manual and computer procedures. Monitor all inquiries for reservation and manage all communication with clients for hotel rates and assist to increase revenue though occupancy.
responsible for handling reservations, greeting customers, taking orders, bringing dishes, and cleaning tables. They may also need to handle customer complaints and special requirements.
responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash etc.
