• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives • With cooperating with planning and production department I follow up with the order and determine the confirmation date/lead time of the order. Then I perform the shipping line booking in the right time. • Report on regional sales results • Keep continuous contact with the customer to solve their issues and respond to their inquiries. • Forecast quarterly and annual profits and sales. • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction • Responsible for all the documentation cycle e.g. invoices, packing lists and other certificates for particular countries like Nigeria needs SONCAP certificate and Angola needs CNCA certificate and until the goods are delivered to the customer abroad. • Order management one of my duties as I issue the production order on the company’s system (SAP) including the agreed-on prices and goods specifications after receiving the order quantities from the customer and to ensure the appropriate order flow.
