E-Commerce Head Role: Heading the eCommerce Project of PPC Asia, the first full blown marketplace for the Automotive Industry Ongoing Project:
1. Develop and launch a marketplace platform that enables PPC to:

• Once Website is launched:
Responsible for all online activities
Create and maintain an online business plan
Keep current knowledge of online trends Provide analytic reports of online sales
Digital Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
2. Handles end to end process - from sourcing the service provider (web developer/s 3rd Party Logistics, Payment Gateway) to planning, content writing etc.

• Business Unit Head of Product Vertical. Managed the Retail team from daily operations to product deals end to end performance evaluation (analysis, improvements from sourcing, buying, planning, launch, WH availability to customer experience) :

• Maintained the high level of portfolio performance. Monitored & achieved sales budget by regularly analyzing the right stocks, right quantity allocation and coverage in all stores, optimum merchandising display based on standards/ guidelines and increase margin by negotiating rebates, incentives and deals.

• Processing Orders - Right stock in the right place at the right time: Place orders received from the buying department. Plan the delivery dates of the launches and promotions, sending communication to sales and operations team. Coordination with supplier and warehouse. Ensuring the deliveries on time
• Analyzing and reporting: Analyze the performance of the brand within store category wise and propose action plan to Buyer. Monitor the new launches in six weeks to be able to prepare an action plan for the remaining stocks.
• Control of Obsolete / Discontinued Stocks: Conduct a quarterly analysis to identify obsolete, slow moving and discontinued stock. Communicate with supplier and gather the information regarding the same. Update the system
• Reorganization and maintenance of Item Master: Check the item masters every month for category codes updates, especially the new launches, rectify the wrong codes.
