➢ Entering all kind of sales transaction in the system.
➢ In depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
➢ To review and record daily cash sales and delivery note into an accounting software.
➢ Reviewing and adjusting inputted daily cash receipts and making purchase order intoaccounting
software.
➢ Generating daily sales report.
➢ Preparing Monthly Consolidated Invoice and Submitting to the customers.
➢ Reporting to finance manager about the status of the Sales.
➢ Preparing item wise sales report on monthly basis.
Preparation of ledgers, journals, register and all other related books of accounts.
Managing day book, petty cash and maintaining spreadsheets.
Prepare Employee’s payroll
Monitor day to day activities and Verifying calculations working with the accounts system.
Collaborate with auditors during audit processes.
Management of day to day accounts transactions
Handling external or internal communication or management System.
Maintain attendance calculation and salary preparation.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Handling office tasks, such as filling, generating reports and presentations and setting up for meetings.
