Here my Responsibilities are:
* Supervise activities of safety staff
* Appoint Specific Roles of all safety staff on site
* Work on rectifying of safety violations on site
* Dealing with SBG Safety Requirements
* Answering site inspection sent by SBG Safety
* Attend weekly SBG Safety meeting
* Give training and advise to workers at site
* Recording risk and dangerous situations on site and do
best to correct them
* Setting up Tool box talk with labors
* Coordination with SBG safety regarding workshops.
Here my Responsibilities were:
* Conduct Tool Box Talk on site
* Identify and Rectify Worksite Hazards
* Identify Unsafe acts and conditions
* Inspection of heavy equipment’s
* Inspection of hand tools and power tools
* Implementation and cross check of permit to work
* Inspection of welfare facilities
* Ensure use of PPE
* Report to HSE Supervisor on daily and weekly basis
* Developing positive safety culture
