Work Profile:

• Design and AutoCAD drafting of Plumbing, Drainage layouts, HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc.
• Designing water supply system including booster pump, transfer pump, tank size, and pipe size calculations.
• Quantity Take Off from the projects and preparation of BOQ.
• Prepare estimation and coordinate with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions.
• Understanding tender drawings, contract documents and scope of projects.
• Preparation of shop drawings and heat load calculations.
• Following site works and material inspection.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site

• Manage execution of site (HVAC & Plumbing) activities.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Designing water supply system including booster pump, transfer pump, tank size, and pipe size calculations.
• Fixing of plumbing, drainage pipes fittings and fixing of firefighting pipes.
• Prepare estimation and coordinate with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions.
• Understanding tender drawings, contract documents and scope of projects.
• Monitors site activities and conducts site inspections to ensure work executions are done as per the approved material/drawing submittal.
• Preparation of shop drawings and heat load calculations.
• Following site works and material inspection.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
• Site supervision / Agreement with contractor, client, and design disciplines
• Work follow up as per approved progress.
• Daily progress report monitoring.
