Key Result Areas:
•Work closely with the management team.
•Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; Lead business development of existing / new clientele with active business development programs.
•Take full ownership and management of the HR transactional requirement and ensure reporting analysis are shared with the client & internal management team
•Partnering across all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, salaries, incentive plans and benefits, managing HR policies & procedures.
•Prepare contracts and amendments with clients after understanding all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and requirements of company and client
•On-boarding management of new joinees in line with company and client requirements.
•Payroll administration of employees as per client requirement
•Preparation of End of Service Settlements and conducting Exit Interview

•Negotiate Contract with new potential clients
•Guide candidates through the recruitment process by providing expert advice and coaching around resume building and interview skills to achieve a successful placement.
•Proactively sourcing candidates through Job Portal (, Indeed, Naukri, Monster) and internet mining via aggregators as well as social media tools ( Linkedin, Facebook).
•Conducting behavioural, technical and competency-based interviews.
•Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with established processes, recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
•Support a continuous learning environment by sharing expertise with colleagues as required and by participating in training and development activities and process review sessions
•Complete all recruitment related administrative tasks: job postings, background verification & reference checking.
