My primary role is to manage and maintain a landlord’s property. This includes renewing tenancy contracts, dealing with day to day maintenance issues in properties and managing tenant and landlord’s expectations. This includes handling problems landlords and tenants may have, on a daily basis. I liaise with different contractors and deal with all types of collection and cashing of payments. I am also responsible for generating new business, which means spending a lot of time building relationships with potential new clients and then developing them into full clients. Within my job role, I am responsible for meeting targets and deadlines on a monthly basis.

Responsible for opening a new site Minsull Way. Building sales by selling reservations and turning them into full sales and completions, dealing with exchanges with solicitors/ financial advisors. Involved in the satisfying process of taking the customers through the purchasing a new home process.
