Installation and commissioning of various types of piping’s as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness
In charge of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing maintenance works and projects in factory and company properties.
Strong technical knowledge of all process electrical and control device for its purchase, installation and stocking.
Directing electrical, mechanical and plumbing technicians for improvement and optimum result.
Inspecting apartments, making move in, move out and other service reports.
Making visits during the service for ensuring better team performance.
Preparing and analysis SPIR (Spare Parts list and Interchangeability Record).
Visiting Whole building of factory properties, Schedule needed maintenance program for Plumbing works, A/C repairing, Changing/repairing of Lights, Doors, and other problems like cracks or dents in building.
Dealing with breakdowns, services and upgrading of Fire alarm, CCTV, Chiller, compressor etc…
Work efficiently under strict deadlines to make sure that there should not any disturbance for production as well as tenants.
Attend meetings for prioritizing and providing input on current activities
Prepared daily project status updates to keep staff up-to-date on program changes and task requirements.
Arranging workers in shift, give additional support for sudden breakdowns.
Monitor and supervise all sub head staffs for proper maintenance of all machineries.
Giving assistance for major breakdowns, diagnose and rectify the problems.
Verification and final conformation for all the outsourcing works of factory.
Attending weekly meetings with production department and making weekly maintenance schedule according to the breakdowns of last week
Preparation of Daily progress reports, Weekly/Monthly progress reports and updating master schedule as per the progress of work.
