KEY RESPONSIBLITIES HANDLE
•Regular meetings with the client and client representatives to discuss project progress, etc.
•Monitoring and coordinating other professional consultants to finalize the shop drawing
•Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess, programme and quality.
•Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.
•Manage assistant engineers and supervise their workload.
•Execution of all construction activities of highway structures along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractor’s bill certification.
•Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and process payments to contractor through the client’s organization.
•Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.
•Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice.
•Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site.
•Managing staff, financial reporting including annual/monthly budget and expenditure plans.
•Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
•Professional workload includes project managing various office fit outs and refurbishment instructions.
•Taking active part in complying with Quality norms along with relevant documentation.
•Preparation IPC and site modification sketches.
KEY PROJECTS UNDER TAKEN
•Jeddah 3rd Industrial City, MODON -Saudi Arabia: RC bridge interchange, RC box culverts, Retaining walls and other required protection works.
•Waad Al Shammal Railway Project-Maaden-CTW320- Turaif. Construction of new alignment of 144 KM track line for MAADEN - Saudi Arabia: Structures involved in track alignment such as RUB, RC box culverts, RC pipe culverts and structures for protecting ARAMCO pipe lines.
•Al Makhwah - Al Majaradhah - Al Mohaiyhl Repair and Rehabilitation phase 01 - 10.1KM -Saudi Arabia: contains 08 river bridges, 33 RC Box Culverts, Pipe Culverts, Retaining walls for 2000RM, and other required structures for protect the road.
•Sapt Al Jarah - Al Faijah Road - Saudi Arabia: RC structures including four river bridges and six RC Box Culverts. One bridge is having length of 300RM and remaining bridges having length of 100RM.
•Biljarushi Interchange Bridge - Al Baha - Saudi Arabia: Completed 100m length of bridge involved in doubling road. The maximum span of the bridge is 25M and width of the bridge is 21M. The maximum column height of the bridge is 17M. And also the project including Culverts, Retaining wall of 300 RM and required structural works involved in road ways.
•Ring Road - Al Baha - Saudi Arabia: Completed 5KM of Express way including the structural works involved in the road way like culverts, Retaining walls and etc
