• Tracking all stock balance from all Departments.

• Observed all certificate and contracts deadline ( All Supplier)
• Control and Implementation procedure between all Departments
• Follow up urgent PR ( Maintenance Department)
• Audit all procedure between all departments
• Control and Implementation procedure between all Departments
• Internal Audit and representative external Audit for Safety Department with SASO
• Ensure Implement regulation Safety policy

Received (RPAI) from the requestor and execution analyze quotation from supplies and create a comparison sheet. Review approved (PR) Purchase requisition. Inaddtion Negotiate PO terms & conditions. Implmenting Issue (PO) Purchase order and distribute it to the supplier.
Following up with supplier for delivery Payment.
Understood process of shipping terms (Courier services, Freight services)
Understood incoterms 2020( EXW, FCA, CPT, FOB, DDP)
