• Generates and formats Annual, Semi-annual and Quarterly reports of Client’s Portfolio on the basis of client requirements.
• Manages end-to-end reporting of client’s portfolio’s based on U.S GAAP and IFRS which can be summed up in three stages - Planning stage, Production stage and Subsequent drafts.
➢ Planning stage:
• Preparation of the Base templates, Database preparation, Consolidation Analysis, identifying new funds launched and Reports running, Scanning the client’s Prospectus and Macro testing.
➢ Production Stage:
• Reports running.
• Preparing Portfolios (Equity/Bond) along with country/sector/industry tables, forward or future table etc. and tying their amounts with respective reports.
• Check each and every line item with the prior draft and adjust accordingly with client specification.
• Footing whole amounts of portfolio including every percentage and amounts of sector or industry with net assets.
• Delivery of Ad hoc reports on timely basis.
➢ Subsequent drafts:
• Comments analysis, Reports running, Resolving queries, Compilation of portfolios etc.
• Ensures that the partner site receive the client’s portfolio within the stipulated time period.
• Update client’s Comment Log when there are changes in client’s requests, specifications and client notification.
• Support Team Leaders in managing delivery of client’s service requirements.
• Comfortable with MS word which takes in a major chunk of the time of the processing all the above mentioned activities and which are blue printed on MS word for external review.
