- Underwrite good quality risks within the authority limit specified by department heads & senior staffs in line with Company`s underwriting guidelines.
- Assist and perform general clerical services in processing all transactions related to the following lines of business: general accident, casualty & liability, engineering, property & fire, co-insurance; using established procedures and standard software.
- Work closely with senior co-insurance & reinsurance staff and serve as a key system booker for target accounts whilst ensuring adherense to the company`s risk & compliance policies and reinsurance arrangement.
- In-charge of Direct Business Corporate Portfolio to maintain (and reinforce) a sizable
book of business aka Head of Business Development Team, leading four business Development Officers & Coordinator.
- Serving as proofreader, providing documentation and content quality control for all company`s marketing activities
- Facilitate documentation / services / full support for all direct clients by leading intricate account processes from identification stage to closing
- Providing support and input alongside Executive Manager in creating and managing marketing strategies, budgets, campaigns, ideas, events
- Acting as a filter for the outsourcing marketing agency in social media activities
- Performing any other duties assigned by CEO or CTO, directly or relevantly related to job description (creating digital presentations, Annual report, Proposal and Claim Insurance Forms, copywriting website/brochure/App written content in English & Arabic, designing Flyers for promotional campaigns etc.)
- Actively participated in a new website development alkhaleej.com, providing all written English and Arabic content, working side-by-side with IT team.
- Social Media, Website and Online Advertising: was responsible for Propertyfinder online advertisements
- Setting and managing appointments with individual & corporate clients to display properties, advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Coordinating property closings and overseeing signing of documents and checks
- Actively participated in a new company`s website development; worked in close cooperation with IT department (AlAsmakh blog, e-mail signatures, bulk mails (via SendBlaster).
