As a Project Manager for “Abu Dhabi Waste Management Master Plan 2040”, have been responsible for the preparation of EOI, RFP, Bid Evaluation, Contract Award, and the supervision of the Master Plan development including the review and assessment of deliverables, invoicing, and stakeholder consultation.
Involved in the phasing of the Abu Dhabi Waste Master Plan infrastructure requirements, policies, regulations, and financial instruments based on the diversion targets and environmental objectives.
Supervised the Operation and maintenance (O&M) of Waste Management Projects and facilities in Al Ain (MRF, SLF, Compost Plant, C&D Crushing Plant, Tire Plant, and Hazardous Waste Incinerator).
Monitoring performance of the Contracts Compliance and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Supervising Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Sanitary Landfill, Crushing Plant BOT project, and Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and Compost Plant operation.
Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing policies, plans, and procedures dealing with a wide variety of environmental, health, and safety issues.
Administer Operation of Contracts according to Conditions of Contracts and specifications.
Planning and Developing Operation and Management Systems, Procedures & Guidelines.
Monitor Environmental Control programs of Contracts and Facilities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
