Job Responsibilities presently held:
 Managing a team of 37 faculties (including four program directors and four coordinators).
 Working neck - to-neck with Department Chairman in all academic and professional activities.
 Acting as a Chairman, Program Evaluation and Advisory Committee and liaise with industry for continuous program development.
 Ensuring Program Directors and Coordinators carry out the tasks assigned to them in their job descriptions.
 Participating in College Strategic Plan activities, Action Plan and KPIs
 Leading ACBSP Accreditation Committee for preparation of Study Report and Quality Reports due in 2018
 Ensuring that all staff members undertake the teaching duties assigned to them according to the Course Semester Plan and pacing
schedules, and are present and available during their scheduled office hours.
 Ensuring all regular courses, specialty courses and support courses progress smoothly and uninterruptedly.
 Guiding, directing, motivating, supporting and if necessary counselling faculty members.
 Arranging workshops and seminars for updating teachers on new techniques as appropriate.
 Monitoring the students’ learning outcome in order to suggest improvements.
 Teaching courses in HR, Soft Skills, Business Skills and OB to a maximum of 14 hours a week or as appropriate.
 Overall responsibility for scheduling and work with the SIS Coordinator
* Ensuring teaching schedules, including the Class Master Schedule are ready by the beginning of each semester.
