MEP Design Engineer on NEOM projects
Worked on the design and execution of Plumbing and HVAC systems in ongoing projects of Lootah Real Estate in the heart of Dubai. The project comprises villas and infra, high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings, and low-rise residential and healthcare facilities. The design was done in accordance with local and international codes and standards. (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, DCD, DM). Project design falls under LEED Green Building Regulations for future LEED-certified provision.
Worked as a project engineer on WASL Village in Dubai. I was doing the technical review of shop drawings and submittals prior to submission to the consultant/client for approval. Issuance of approved drawings to the site execution team after receiving them from the consultant. Project design falls under LEED Green Building Regulations for future LEED-certified provision.
Worked as a project engineer with the MEP execution team on several projects in Saudi Arabia. My key responsibilities were to manage procurement and sub-con at the site as per requirements, assign duties to the execution teams give them weekly targets, and to do progress billing at the end of each month. I was reporting to the project manager.
Worked as site engineer on Haramain High-speed railway project in Jeddah. I was in charge of the execution of HVAC chilled water piping and ductwork in the allotted zone.
