- Industrial Biotechnology: The course was tailored for students to give them the full product
development cycle. From molecular biology gene identification, synthesis, cloning, process,
product identification and analysis, scale up strategies and production. This also involved
students with practical lab work in analytics, purification and protein handling skills.

Undergraduate Biotechnology students
- Member of the Syllabus development and accreditation committee for the Biotech B.Sc honors
degree at the university. I helped in shaping up and developing the full plan for this department
due to my experience and also as a local university we had a very close collaboration.
- Pharmaceutical Biotechnology: Aims and giving students and exposing them to the biopharma
developments and the new emerging therapeutic trends. This included skills needed for
pharmacy students to handle and work with such molecules and products
- Quality GMP/GLP: Aims at giving students a feel for work environments in biotech plants and
regulations. Students were trained theoretically in GMP setup and GLP through systematic
series of lectures in collaboration also with industry experts. Student were also trained through
field visits to local biotech companies and plants for practical training and experience visity and
working in analytical labs, formulation labs and production facilities. .

I lead this project from the very beginning, and it was on oral insulin delivery
