o At Saudi Electric Company, conducted gap analysis on work scope, technical manuals, and project documents during pre- and post-bid stages, ensuring contractors’ compliance with safety standards at all stages of project. Supported the top management in ISO Management System (OHS & PSM) development for generation, transmission, distribution, all type projects and business lines, coordinated safety training, and improved management and reporting systems for performance monitoring.

Coordination with all regional HSE team of saudi arabia to implement and monitor the HSSE Management System.

o Developed and implemented an HSE Management System (PSM, OHS & EMS) for the construction, commissioning, and operation of the 2x660MW CFPP Jamshoro. Established and enforced PSSR protocols prior to the plant's startup and implemented stringent safety measures, including PPE, PTW, LOTO, and emergency drills, during the testing and commissioning phases. During the construction phase of the power plant, managed 3, 000 workers, coordinated with stakeholders, led safety walks, and provided regular progress updates to clients. Implemented and monitored safety protocols, conducted daily inspections, delivered EHS training, and resolved EHS issues in collaboration with contractors. I also investigated incidents, managed environmental compliance, handled waste disposal, and ensured adherence to OHSMS and IFC performance standards to maintain a safe and efficient construction site.

o Provided environmental and social consultancy, including audits, gap analysis, reporting, and training, to ensure IFC compliance for the 50MW Wind Power Project in Jhimpir, Sindh.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation of EHS Plan.
• Strong Communication and cooperation with individuals, Project Manager and organizations for effective EHS handling.
