Responsible for the overall safety and management on narrow body aircrafts and fully in charge of economy class guest experience and service delivery on wide body aircrafts. Conducts pre-flight safety briefings and assigns working positions. Duties involve liaising with flight deck, completing paperwork and documenting guest concerns and feedback. Contributing to a guest’s in-flight experience and making it a memorable one. Enrolling guests to our loyalty scheme and promoting the sale of duty-free products to generate revenue for the company.

Responsible for coordination of up to 14 servers in a restaurant with a capacity of 300. Duties included ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock. Executed daily production lists

and goals. Communicated with customers regarding orders, comments and complaints and ensured that orders of food and beverage were served promptly in accordance with restaurant standards. Carried out appraisals and disciplinary action as required. Attended numerous workshops on ales, wines and spirits as a representative on behalf of the General Manager for the Taylor Walker Company. Carried out management functions as required and holiday relief for the General Manager.
