▪ Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the high level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
▪ Serves as a technical professional in the area of system administration for complex operating systems.
▪ Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications.
▪ Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department.
▪ Provide technical assistance to computer system clients.
▪ Responsible for responding to queries either in person or over the phone or remotely through the ticketing system and respond to emails for clients seeking help related to IT systems and provide the required actions using SCCM 2016.
▪ Create and manage VMware vCenter Server® objects, such as data centers, clusters, hosts, and virtual machines.
▪ Use VMware vSphere® ReplicationTM, VMware Site recovers 8.1, and VMware vSphere® Data ProtectionTM to replicate virtual machines and perform data recovery.
▪ Deploy and manage software-defined storage solution with VMware vSAN.
▪ Configure, maintain, and operate the SCCM (2012 and 2016) infrastructure for the production, testing, and development environments.

Provide 1st line O&M including accurate and timely problem remedy, escalation and resolution for
any failures in the shortest possible time
▪ Execute network supervision, routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and remedial
activities
