As a lead mechanical overall responsibility for installation of piping, structure, equipment for the project.
SITE my role was as a
Able to Study P&ID/ GA/Isometric drawings including process flow charts for piping construction works.
•Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of different type of unit/offsite/UG Piping System like Process / Utility Piping, including IBR of Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizers/Chemical.
•In addition to piping have experience to handle mech. Structure construction for Refinery, Petrochemical, chemical, Cement/Glass/Power plants also.
•Executions of piping using different type of material like CS, NACE, LTCS, SS (304/316/321/347), AS(P11, P22, P5, P9), INCONEL, HISTALLOY, DUPLEX.
•Fabrication, Erection & Testing of Under Ground / Above ground Pipeline System.
•Sprinkler Water system piping for Equipment’s/Tanks/Columns for fire protection.
•Executions of Steam tracing, /Painting work of pipe & structure.
•Review the drawings such as ISOMETRIC, GADs and P&ID’s
•Preparation of the MTO, scope of work (IM/ID) for Unit / Offsite.
•Preparation of monthly and weekly production target reports based on schedule.
•Monitoring of Loops mechanical clearance for hydro & service test.
•Final box-up of loops/systems after testing and flushing
•Team management and schedule preparation in shutdown works in refineries.
•Team management and schedule preparation for Hot tapping works in refineries.
•Co-ordination with planning team for job plan, schedule like Baseline, material & P&M requirements like Histogram etc.
•Co-ordination with contractor / subcontractor team to carry out the job as per schedule.
•Co-ordination with material control department to carry out the job as per schedule
•Co-ordination with engineering team to resolve practical problems while executing the job.
•Co-ordination with PMC / Client and Vendors as well.
•Co- ordination with HSE team for safety requirements and implementation of procedures if required
