- To manage the Asset Management Quality system, Asset lifecycle and Reporting.
- Manage the implementation of AM policies & procedures are in accordance with ISO55000 and IIMM.
- Review Life cycle analysis and condition assessment of all critical assets.
- Manage regular quality Auditing and KPI reporting.
- Ensure Safety & Environmental Systems are being followed.
-Record Lessons learned and ensure Continuous improvement.

- Responsible for the implementation of a new suite of procedures across the company called Project Management Manual.
- Project Manager for Strategic Technical Support Services contract which include the service of implementing the Project Management Manual which was prepared by international consultant ( Faithful and Gold) and under the implementation with other international consultant ( AECOM)
- The Project Management Manual covers: integration, communication, risk and value, quality, health and safety, procurement, time, scope, stakeholders and so on.
- Responsible for standardization RFP of contract
- Responsible for standardization RFP of consultant
- Special focus for Quality & HSE
-Participate with team work to established Quality departments across the organization.

- Look after civil work
- Monitor the performance of the contractor and supervision consultant on the ground.
- Make sure that contractor meet the contract requirements as well as technical specification.

- Overseeing all the jobs received from the client STC and Mobily
- look after site acquisition works and civil construction works
- on daily basis and attend the weekly meeting to update the client with projects status.
- coordination with all the departments such as procurement and Finance etc to meet the contract and clients requirements.
- The projects that was assigned to manage are STC projects with budget of around 6 million and Mobily projects with a budget equal 34 million.
