•Achieve targeted production outputs by providing high degree of availability of process equipment and machinery.
•Maintain product quality by providing the equipment with high process capability.
•Implement maintenance services imposed by production group.
•Implement systems and routines to sustain equipment effectiveness.
•Records all repair and maintenance work done including spare parts used for purposes of monitoring equipment utilization and maintaining accurate database.
Aims to develop capabilities to keep the equipment in good condition, to minimize the occurrence of trouble or failure to take timely and appropriate measures at time of failure., particular, such as capabilities include the following:
•To understand the operating principles, construction, performance
and characteristics of equipment such as hydraulic and pneumatic.
•To identify parts that are liable to equipment failure and methods to
detect and prevent it.
•To keep maintenance records and other document and to conduct
periodical inspection for the purpose of ensuring effective prevention
of equipment failure.
•To maintain required repairing equipment and tools to ensure adequate
and timely repair at minimum cost.
•Set-up new equipment or those that have been modified upgraded
and provides pertinent data to immediate superior regarding
its performance for feedback/evaluation process.
• Seek ways to modify or upgrade equipment for line improvement
and to enhance machine productivity and safety.
•Provide troubleshooting guidelines on critical equipment including
possible causes of failure to avoid long downtime.
•Conducts routine check-up on equipment prior to start during actual to
determine if such is functioning according to set parameters.
ON THE JOB TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Checking of the machine before to run
•Checking and visualizing the units
•Calibrating and programming
•Profiling the machine, to check the temperature
is accurate
•Preventive Maintenance of the motors and
conveyors.
•Maintaining repairing, testing and

Closing Service Order (SO) of the subscribers
•Inventory of different subscribers cabinets
