JOB DESCRIPTION
● Assisting all kind of customers with best service by building the trust relationship as per
company standard (SHOPPIE & GUEST )
● Handling the system as cashier with accurately and efficiently
● Maintaining highest level of housekeeping
● Merchandising visual updates, preparing for sale implementation and promotions with the guidance of guidelines by brand and line manager's support
● Replenishing and recovering as daily basic to keep high standard of the store and representing the brand
● Receiving and outgoing stock transfers including handling the discrepancies according to the company policy and procedure
● Ensure tagging / pricing /size cubes and hanging for new arrivals are within the brand
guidelines and standard
● Checking the store / UAE bestsellers and ordering to brand team
● Making sure all admin paper works are updated like daily, weekly and monthly
● Checking mails and response accordingly
● Supporting other store for store coverage and stocktaking
● Creating positive and alive environment by supporting each other as team work
● Sharing feedback with colleges and asking from line manager for my strength, weakness, threat and opportunities to improve my ability and skills
● Target Setting and up selling
● Ensure to be alert at all times to reduce the stock loss throughout the year
● Always make sure to control the faulty, damaged items
● Sticking to apply the company policy and procedures
