Answer phone calls-Emails / relay messages.
* Schedule appointments, travel arrangements and track calendars.
* Organize and file documentation.
* Submit and receive document billing/application and filing for business
transactions.
* Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying,
faxing, mailing, and filing.
* Track and follow up on shipping and receiving.
* Manage financial database for accuracy of records and finances using
company’s own software (Dingbooks).
* Connect with Money Exchange for the WPS (Wages Protection System) salary
transfer for the employees.
* Maintaining Petty Cash Book.
* Coordinate with PRO for cheque collection and cheque deposit.
Arranging meetings for CEO and CBO and preparing minutes of meeting.
* Answering phones and greeting clients to scheduling meeting and managing
the database.
* Maintaining effective records and Administration.
* Keeping records of Organizations Publications. (eg: leaflets, newsletter).
* Preparing Annual Report of the company.
* Sending mail to company clients, Shareholders and Associates.
