1. Managing all professional and technical activities in the Projects department .
2. Proposing and managing of allocated department budget.
3. Solving any issues in ruining projects and propose solution to prepare the new site .
4. Evaluation and estimation of cost considering all aspects for the implementation of a new project or maintenance of an existing project.
5. Directing and managing 10 teams consisting 4 members including 1 supervisor each, threw daily reports submitted by projects engineer .
6. Testing any new materials for projects purpose before making order .
7. Managing the logistic services of the department for ensuring proper functioning of ongoing work which includes timely delivery of materials to all sites, functioning and maintenance of machinery, tracking work status, etc.
1. Conduct the risk assessment for the factory and for the sites.
2. Develop a prevention plan for the implementation of the program to protect
against the expected risks.
3. Develop a plan to raise awareness among the staff and train them to
implement the prevention plan.
4. Supervision and follow-up for the implementation of safety plans.
5. Maintaining records of diseases, work injuries and on duty accidents.
Manufacturing of rubber products and installation of all kinds of safety rubber
flooring and military rubber products like rubber tiles for firing rooms and open
shooting fields.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and communication with sales department for new projects and
for smooth functioning of work.
2. Making schedule for all ongoing projects and next.
3. Inspection for ensuring the availability and readiness of sites.
4. Calculations for material quantity prior to implementation of work on project
sites.
5. Follow-up all ongoing projects by contact with team leaders or site visit and
making the daily reports .

Achievements:
1. Completed 63, 000 m2 installation during this tenure on 113 sites.
2. Appreciation from the top management for the achievement of 12, 000 m2
installation in one month.
1. Defining guidelines to the team for design and development of projects.
2. Be sure that all the proposal matching with the company requirement and vision to achieve the goal.
3. Discuss ideas related to the projects with my team, making brief summary and submitted to the CEO.
4. Attend meetings with the contractor to highlights details in architectural drawings.
Achievements:
1. Completed development of first phase in Al Qaraa Mountain project, the existing buildings and master plan with total area 20, 000 m2 consist of :
a) Mosque.
b) Reception center with meeting rooms, galleries and gloria jeans coffee shop.
c) Commercial building consisting of 10 shops.
d) Outdoor celebration areas and sittings.
2. Design youth sports club with total area 30, 000 m2 consist of :
a) gloria jeans coffee .
b) Football court .
c) Handball court .
d) Running track .
e) Tennis court .
3. Designed the master plan based on underpinnings architecture for managing the crowds and supervision the construction of the Third Festival of Hajer Market which headed by Prince Badr bin Jalawi .
Design and develop with engineering team to achieve company goal.
Achievements:
1. Designed master plan for National Parks of Al-Ahsa 270, 000 m2, Which was the largest investment in the field of cultural tourism, between the private sector and government in the city of Al-Ahsa, completed with approved by the owners
of the company and the Ministry of Agriculture.
2. completed designing of first phase, The celebration zone with total area 29, 000m2 consist of :
A) Main entrance with total area 12, 000 m2 (Completed) .
B) Al-Moshaqar Fort with total area 1600 m2 (Completed).
C) Al - Mashqar Fort Square with total area 10, 000 m2 (Completed).
D) Conference and events hall with total area 6000 m2 (Certified Proposal) .
