· Lead and supervise HR staff supporting assigned departments, ensuring they have clear objectives.
· Responsible for processing terminations, Resignations, warnings cases and Conducting exit interviews.
· carry out investigation and resolution of employee grievances advise on employment law,
to ensure that issues are handled smoothly in a timely and efficient manner.
· Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job
adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
· Identifying employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, career growth.
· Dealing with all employee requests through the Oracle system.
· Administer all employees Compensation and benefits programs promotions, allowances, End of serves.
· Assist the Group HR Operations Manager in all related HR activities.
· Raises HR related issues with managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identifying practical
solutions and appropriate action plans.
· Bridge management and employee’s relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
