Job Description:
I am supervising the job activity in Power plant as an operation and maintenance engineer. I am responsible for the smooth operation of Power Plant which is in total capacity of 19.8MW having six Caterpillar 3612 Engines. Each engine is 3.3MW. I assist to Power Plant Manager on technical & management issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for fixing any sort of technical fault at Power plant either electrical or mechanical to ensure smooth operation of Power Plant. • Responsible for the overall administration, supervision of operation staff and operating activities including planned shut down and starting of the plant in accordance with established work plans.
• Study and prepare technical drawings, specification of electrical system and redesign electrical system whatever modification is required. • Keeping in view the safety of all personnel and environment and guide them necessary rules to follow safety guidelines. • Participate in and concur all decisions regarding new design criteria, technical specifications and operating methods related to the Power Plant.Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Electrical sensors installation and calibrating them according to the nature of tile (size, width, density, viscosity of glaze)
• System level electrical design and integration of DSP boards which are to be replaced with non-functional boards.
• Installation of electrical panels of DPM, DSP boards of bars, UPS, Electrical Emergency in the running belts and machine motors.
• Installation of electrical panels of DPM, DSP boards of bars, UPS, Electrical Emergency in the running belts and machine motors.
• Installation of Digital Printing Machines (SYSTEM, PROJECTA), SYSTEM machine in Unit 03 and PROJECTA at Unit 2.
• Calibration of Printing Heads of DPM by controlling voltages, to ensure better quality of results.
• Meeting the 24 hrs. production target, making it sure that there is minimum stoppage at Digital Printing Machine.
• Electromechanical maintenance of DPM machine, printing heads proper connections and cleaning with specific and fixed quantity of solvent.
• Contributed in the erection and commissioning of conveyer belts
Duties and Responsibilities: Worked at following department and gained maximum experience.
• Ultra-Heat Treatment (UHT) department
• Packing department and made it sure that the packing is up to standards
• Cleaning in process (CIP) department and implemented the standard protocols
• Sugar Syrup Preparation Department and Syrup Tanks Area
• Power Supply department
• Supervised the project of transforming tetra pack juices into plastic bottles.
• Monitored the Installation of KRONES machines at lines with the required electrical equipment like induction motors, circuit brakers, installation of sensors at the production lines.

• Processing of molding of plastic bottles
• Wartsila Operator Interference System (WOIS)
• Monitored the operation and control of filling machines
• I was assigned the task of sorting faults at Packing of Bottles
• Replaced the unit of servo motors and fixed the faults at line
• Decanting department and monitored the influencing factors
• Monitored the maintenance and operation of CATERPILLAR generators
• Fixed the faults and replaced the induction motors at lines
• Ensured the perfect starting condition of Generators and bump-less load transformation to various department.
