• Preparing and Releasing of Cheque Payments and Vouchers for the
Suppliers/Subcontractors
• Opening of Bank Accounts for the Group Company and dealing with Bank
Relationship Managers
• Keeping the originals and photocopies of the Group Company’s Legal
Documents
• Recording of financial transactions and summarizes monthly payroll
Arranging meetings between the Director and Clients, Suppliers and
Contractor
• Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meeting
• Keeping client's personal information and tracks their financial transactions
• Preparing documents such as Cheques, Cheque Deposits, Transmittals,
Vouchers, Bills Payment, etc.
• Organizing of files such as Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, OR's, Contribution,
Tax Forms, etc.
Taking orders from the guest and delivers food & beverage
• Handling of cash collected during and after working hours
• Balancing of payments - Check if the collected money is over or short
• Kitchen Staff - doing Mise en place, prepares and assembles food
