• Manage correspondence including emails, letters and phone calls.
• Conducts filings of company documents, correspondence and employee records.
• Arrange air tickets, Al Majlis, VIP airport services, hotel bookings, visas and appointments for the Director’s business trips and meetings in and outside of the country.
• Creates agendas and takes Minutes of Meeting
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Handles petty cash, expenses and billing cycles
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

• Manages portals such as CRM PropSpace, Property finder, Dubizzle and Bayut.
• Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonus and leaves.
• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
• Collecting and processing payments via cash or card.
• Book hotels, visas, travel insurance and flights linked to the current booking and ensure all other services are confirmed.
• Offer and promote different services and offerings.
• Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
• Welcome customers as they enter the sneaker store and engage them in conversation to determine their shoe buying needs.
• Walk customers through the display shelves and Assist customers in trying shoes on.
• Maintain knowledge of new trends and hype sneakers in the shoe making industry and ensure that displayed stock is kept current.
• Run customers through the payment procedure by processing credit card and cash transactions.
• Provide customers with information on discount or other promotional offers and information on return and exchange policies
