• Lead daily operations across multi-asset portfolio of towers, apartments, villas, compounds, hospitality, and education (1, 000 units), overseeing leasing, facilities, and property management.
• Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, OPEX and CAPEX control, and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee hard and soft services, including AMC, SLA, and NDAs to improve efficiency and asset performance.
• Oversee property management system for leasing, billing, and client communications.
• Lead targeted digital marketing campaigns for enhanced market visibility and generating new leads, including conducting local market research for strategic planning.
• Institute internal governance framework (SOPs) for ISO audits and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and tenant surveys for service quality reviews.
• Lead recruitment, conduct staff performance reviews, initiate training programs, and mentorship.
