My scope of responsibilities is to manage Enrerprise Resource Planning through cooperation with international automotive spare parts manufacturers & suppliers and my company Management.
Taking care of almost 43000 articles, I manage full circle od procurement process.
Creating existing and new products portfolio based on several types of analysis I undertake: GAP analysis, ABC sales analysis, Cross analysis, Market analysis, Competitors analysis, Product range analysis, Quality analysis, CRM analysis, Regional (EU) product sales analysis
Main software tools in everyday responsibilities are Microsoft Navision order management system, Microsoft Excel, online order management TecWeb, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication both within the organisation and with international suppliers.
Negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, discounts, delivery terms, marketing support, seasonal promotions etc are resoonsibilities on a daily basis.
My scope of responsibilities is based within key account management, which is primarily customer consulting in:
• public sector: state owned companies such as public transport, cargo transport and logistics companies, Embassies, NGOs, religious entities etc;
• private sector: wholesale warehouses, retail stores, workshops, body and paint experts;
My field of expertise is general financial and logistics consulting regarding complete spare parts process;
I have intensive communication with Public companies procurement representatives, Insurance field managers, Wholesale logistics managers, Retail managers, Workshop owners, Fleet owners regarding purchase of Genuine Mercedes-Benz spare parts, Genuine Mercedes-Benz engine oils and Mercedes-Benz financial services.
Above upper mentioned I regularly follow public tenders web portal in order to prepare complete documentation, as well as consult with legal representatives about all steps needed to go through to accomplish company goals.
Within the company I take care of the complete spare parts process and aftersales process, Customer Relations Management is a must for successful company.
