Maintaining all the attraction rides, carnival and arcade games as
per standards set by IAAPA (International Association of Amusement
Parks and Attractions).
Preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of the rides
and games, troubleshooting and repairing on the spot if occurred.
Minimizing down time of the rides and keeping them operational
and maintaining their record on FIXX (Software).
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report based on the data
collected using MS Office Suite, Outlook.
Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic rides, electric AC/DC
motors, variable frequency drives, PLC, Uninterruptable supplies
(UPS), batteries, simple and solid state relays, PCB troubleshooting,
Infrared and motion sensors, micro switches, led strips.
Working knowledge and control of fire alarm system, HVAC, Air
Handling Units.
Preventative, corrective maintenance of Jungheinrich material
handling equipment including reach trucks, diesel lifters, stackers,
power pallets and hand pallet trucks.
Maintenance and professional care of Hawker traction batteries,
checking the battery gravity using hydrometer and maintaining the
proper working gravity and acid level.
Hands on experience in hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders,
DC to three phase power invertors/drivers, electromagnetic
brakes, hydraulic and electric steering systems, contactors,
multi pilot and solo pilot controls, PU/Nylon/Solid/Pneumatic
wheels, traction batteries ranging 150Ah-825Ah, PCB control
cards, JETI (Software).
From commissioning of MHEs, pressure washers, scrubbers,
aerial platform, extension booms to complete safety and
operational training to the end users. Accurately completing
service reports and follow-ups with the customers. Build
customer relationships through good levels of communication,
ensuring customer expectations are met. Generation of spare
parts and traction batteries sales.
Installation of HV/LV cables and complete control panels and
distribution panels in commercial and domestic buildings.
Installation of HVAC systems and split ACs, using
recommended cables and ducts sizing.
Maintenance of single/three phase AC motors and rewinding.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS and petrol
generators.
Repairing electric drills, electric grinders, electric fans, electric
irons, electric and gas stoves, washing machines and dryers,
electric water coolers and water dispensers, led lights etc.
Handling home/office electric utilities complaint services.
Installation of solar panels and mounts, charge controllers,
inverters, batteries, and distribution panels.
Gained knowledge of programmable logic controllers and
fault rectification onsite in the cement industry.
Gained Knowledge of conveyor belts systems, crushers, air
filtration system, heating systems, power distribution system,
heat sensors, flow sensors, valves, working of the main control
room.
