● Report directly to the Head of Retail to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for both UK and UAE.
● Source and select candidates from CV portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce/Quantum, and Broadbean, contact potential candidates and conduct initial screening to find out their role of interest, salary expectations, etc. and then register them onto Salesforce/Quantum.
● Create, update, and place job adverts on job sites through Broadbean in line with Quest standards.
● Reformat and rewrite candidate CVs, in line with Quest standards, that are sent to the client.
● Created reports on Word and PowerPoint to analyze the target industry’s competitors, target markets, pain points and opportunities, and demographics.
● Generated Excel sheets that list 200+ businesses with information such as company website, social media pages, phone number, and email address.
● Contacted 40 to 60 prospects a day via cold calling, turning them into leads, following up on those leads, and organized appointments with them to close out a deal.
