One of 3 in finance team that responsible of approximately more than 50 million USD budget for last year.
main duties are.
-Responsible for reflecting financial operations with IRIS (an accounting application).
-Check the supporting documents against all transactions.
-Prepare the required daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly and yearly financial reports.
-Monitor balances and buffers accounts and investigate any differences to make the necessary adjustment.
As one of 3 accountants and the only one who responsible to manage warehouse operations in a company working in steel trade, and my main duties were.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents.
- Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Ensuring the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
