1- Provide inputs for the division’s plans and operational budget.

3- Identify potential channel distribution partners and take steps needed to formalize the relationship.
Obtain software certification by the channel partner. Support the Director of Sales in the business development efforts with the channel distribution partner.

4- Lead Marketing and Corporate Branding on preparing marketing materials, updating GET website and planning of special events.

5- Perform any other related job duties as requested by direct supervisor or as per the process framework, finance or commitment authority delegation matrix.

1- Prepares the annual R&D department for the IT Division budget plan, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategies, and submits to the CEO for review and final approval.

2- Establishes the policies & procedures manual for the R&D department and ensures their ongoing implementation.

10- Integrates quality control to ensure desired products/ solutions are in line with required specifications, quality objectives and available capabilities.

1- Assign CM roles (CCs, CM tool administrators for the program and projects after discussion With SW/HW managers and the assigned projects managers.

2- Request from the SW/HW Manager the assignment of SW/HW project Manager and from the QA Manager the assignment of QA specialist, Metrics coordinator and CM Auditor.

3- Prepare the Program Management Plan and the supporting plans(RSKMP, MAP and V&V plan).

20- Track any corrective/adaptive actions to closure using the Action tracker sheet.

21- Approve the selected supplier.

22- Review & approve the supplier Agreement before senior Management Approval.

23- Monitor the suppliers’ processes as per the supplier agreement.

24- Assign the acceptance committee that will accept the purchased items.

25- Responsible of acceptance or rejection of the supplied items.

26- Conduct Program Closeout meeting and prepare the program closure report.
