My Job responsibilities :
● Proficient in providing support and troubleshooting for Radio and transmission problems, ensuring optimal performance of telecommunications networks.
● Diligently followed up and tracked PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance ) activities to minimize downtime .
skilled in addressing generator issues, including fuel-related problems, to maintain uninterrupted power supply for telecom operations.
● Monitored team performance and provided ongoing support to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
● Utilized applications such as ( OWS System, ISDB, MATELINE, and U2020 ) to effectively manage and track telecom & power section activities, optimizing operational efficiency and performance.
My responsibilities related to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure at various sites. Here's an overview of their typical duties:
● Preventive Maintenance :
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for telecom and Power equipment, including routine checks, servicing, and calibration, to minimize the risk of unexpected failures and downtime.
● Troubleshooting and Repairs :
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, signal interference, and other telecom issues, and perform repairs or coordinate with technical support teams to resolve them promptly.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of generator issues, including fuel system troubleshooting, electrical faults, and mechanical malfunctions.
● Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and site documentation, and prepare reports on maintenance tasks, equipment status, and performance metrics for management review.
Reporting documents by using Applications such as ( OWS, Mateline, Mateline X and USDP ) .
