Manage Technical Services Requirements and activities to all Yanbu Facilities including Technical studies (TSRs), Ownership of O&M manuals, Engineering Design Standards and Specifications, laboratory services for water and oil in all facilities, Environment control, support. Asset Condition and life assessments. Ascertain Performance of plant units, adequacy of controls and compliance with company policies and procedures, both internally and through contractors, in order to meet the company's business objectives.
• Manage all departments TSRs and ensure timely completion within set priorities and target dates.
• Keep and Maintain Technical documentations .
• Manage Laboratory water and oil quality services.
• Assurance of Asset Inspection and Condition Assessment as per plan.
• Monitoring of plant Performance and efficiency and proving appropriate technical recommendations.
• Maintain Plant integrity and reliability by conduct Plant Inspection, RBI, and CP as per plan and provide recommendations .
• Ensure all the Business units for Environmental compliance and provide the Appropriate compliance reports to Authorities and Management.
• Rotating equipment and Vibration monitoring for Bus .
• Operative guardians of the O&M manuals, engineering design standards & specifications, as - built drawings, plant layout etc.
