Provide monthly targets to the team manager to further distribute in teams to achieve the annual target. ➢ Prepare and submit Sales performance report on weekly basis to the line manager. ➢ Supervision to ensure that annual, quarterly and monthly volume targets are being met. ➢ Ensure that Customer is well aware of PMEX General Regulations.

➢ Ensure that customer is completely aware of the risk involved in the marginal Trading. ➢ Ensure due diligence activity to ascertain the risk appetite of a prospect/customer to invest in the business. ➢ Make sure that the terms and condition between the customer, broker and exchange are conveyed to the customer. ➢ Ensure adherence of SECP & PMEX trading regulations and ensure the compliance of ethical conduct in all trading matters. ➢ Ensure that 0% of 'churning' cases are reported. ➢ Design, recommend and execute the risk management trading plans for clients ➢ Educate and forecast trade opportunities and risk management to the internal and external customers.(traders) ➢ Ensure Transparency in communication with customers. ➢ At the spot resolve the customer complaints. ➢ Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team. ➢ Ensure to provide conflict resolution to both internal and external customers with no delays involved. ➢ Ensure to develop ownership through motivation, guidance, creating confidence, building morale, building effective work environment by conducting weekly/fortnightly counseling sessions with team members. ➢ Transparent communication and coordination with team members. ➢ Ensure the highest level of discipline, attendance punctuality and formal body language is maintained within the department. ➢ Ensure the regular performance appraisals of the whole team. ➢ Ensure the compliance of all Company’s SOPs in coordination with HR department. ➢ Ensure to educate new customers about the basic trading factors (Commodity future markets, Fundamental and technical analysis, risk management). ➢ Daily conduct 2 sessions on updated market trends, prevailing opportunities and on client broker relation. ➢ Conduct fortnightly session on monthly basis on Innovative ideas for sales and marketing. ➢ Conduct educational session on product knowledge on fortnightly basis to revise and update the team. ➢ Identify the training needs of teams and conduct internal technical / SOFT SKILLS trainings sessions to overcome the gaps. ➢ Conduct a general meeting session on weekly basis to cater any administrative matters and personal matters of team.
