Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in international field offices to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
Work with hiring managers on Aramco Projects (manpower and engineers) to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements in a variety of newspapers, list-serves, trade publications, networks, etc. including internationally focused sources. Recommend creative and alternative advertising venues and strategies.

Handling the full life cycle of Recruitment process from external and internal.
To introduce and implement new ideas and sound management.
Supervise the resolution of employee concerns/complaints, coaching/discipline, investigations, work performance, a positive employee environment according to Company philosophy & values, polices, & applicable laws & regulations.
Lead, plan, organize, control, integrate and evaluate HR, Legal & Administration function.
Prepare, update and revise the annual recruitment budget

Understanding the requirements thoroughly, and successfully recruiting professionals for the same within a time frame
Interacting with the technical panel and understanding their requirements.
Sourcing suitable candidates through various job portals.
Process employee terminations including preparing final payments and coordinating exit process
Partner with business partners including payroll, benefits, technology, operations and finance in order to field questions and resolve day to day issues with employees
Short listing, co-ordination, scheduling & interviewing candidates to assess skill match.
Conducting telephonic or personal interviews with the candidates and getting preliminary information regarding salaries, availability, notice period, experience, expected etc.
Submission of Short-listed profiles & scheduling Interviews of the short-listed candidates with the relevant Technical Head.
Salary and Notice period negotiation and follow up with the candidates till they join the organization
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.

Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
