Conduct deep dive reviews into existing reporting rules and associated infrastructure, identify key areas of risk in the reporting
process and influence the development of the requisite controls
* Identify the root cause of reporting inconsistencies, timely investigation and resolution of exceptions associated with reconciliation
breaks and report responses
*Jurisdictions: ESMA, CFTC, HKMA, FMIA, REMIT, JFSA etc.
Issue and response to margin calls, book margin movements.
* Liaise with clients to agree portfolio exposure, investigate and summarise main drivers in the event of disputes. Support to execute
trades according to different market regulations and conditions. Managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
*Knowledge on market Legal Agreements (CSA/GMRA/OSLA), different market products as well as cash and security settlements
* BAU certification and governance over the use of data under Big Data projects. Design and execute test plans for ingested data,
includes logic replication, volume reconciliation, duplicates review, metadata checks for data types and missing/invalid/corrupted values
* Exploitation of Big Data for operational purposes, support Data Analytics to use Big Data technology to help make business
decisions. Improve understanding of data by providing table descriptions, metadata for key fields and source information for end users.
* Contribute to Big Data Control Framework to highlight data best practice and key principles
• Provided professional interpreting service for different Chinese delegations include Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) VIP Technical Executive groups and China SMEs Chairman groups for their career advancement courses
• Accompanied delegations to various industrial visits, interpreted for factory/ museum guided tour as well as welcoming and farewell speech. Helped with in-classroom interpretation including lectures by experienced professors on Leadership and Marketing
• Prepared and led weekly full-day sessions, met up with business areas representatives to discuss and agreed on project actions.
• Reviewed and updated Customer Comms documents to ensure they meet legal obligations and are aligned with official guidelines
• Balanced between impacts to customer journey and business requirements, ensure impacts are minimise. Looked at different types of risks and their management approaches, ensure mitigation are in place
