Ensure the achievement of civil engineering objectives and maximise value creation for engineering project department of an Oil and Energy company that oversees the expansion and development of the Karachaganak field - one of the world’s largest oil and gas condensate fields. Work with the principal stakeholders and the project management team on the end-to-end life cycle of the KGDBN $1BLN project (Execution phase) and engineering development initiatives by demonstrating real ownership and commitment to success. • Prepared deliverables during Assess and Select phases and pass VAR2 & 3.
• Managed input parameters for structural and geotechnical analysis
• Review of results geotechnical study made on Plaxis application
• Review structural analysis results from different FEM analysis applications.
• Review compliance of marine structures with internal, ISO, Shell DEM/DEP, DNV, OCIMF, ABS, RMRS and the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) requirements.
• Maintained risk register to track Risk Mitigations, organized HAZID workshops to define design, constructability and operability of facilities.
• Delivered offshore facility design reports with consideration of loads, transportation and installation, vessel approach, mooring and EER.
• Prepared offshore facilities constructability part for PEP deliverables.
• Cooperation work and management of engineering contractors to deliver of facilities design, layout and construction feasibility.
• Provided technical support for Operation team to deliver maintenance philosophy of manned and unmanned offshore assets.

• Delivery of Kalamkas-Khazar Development project offshore structure options, exploring feasibility and preparing a cost-benefit analysis of each concept.
• Responsible for project engineering of Pearls project at Conceptual Design.
• Participated on contracts signing and organized kick-off meetings.

• Coordination with the Airport Ground Handling on the requirement needed for successful flight operations.
• Load Planning supervision on Boeing 747-400F, 747-BCF, 747-8F cargo airplanes. Working with DC-10-30F and MD-11F. Ensuring that the mass and centre of gravity of the aircraft complies with the limitations specified in the Ground Ops Manual and the Boeing Weight & Balance Control and Loading manual;
• Responding to queries from all other stations around the world and attending to request for transfer of transhipment to and from other interline carriers.
• Monitoring all Cargo based operations: work with agents (DHL, PANALPINA, Globalink etc.), cargo docs administration, customer service, analysis of cargo turnover.
• Coordination with the Airport Ground Handling on the requirement needed for successful flight operations.
