Having joined the company at the initial stage of establishment, working directly with the partners, we developed Business Administration and HR management system, based on newly created policies and procedures manuals.
Develop and implement HR strategy in agreement with CEO.
Develop and conduct coaching sessions and workshops with managers on various performance management topics.
Explain and provisions of the personnel policy, employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labor standards, DMCC procedures.
Manage complaints/grievances relating to employees to ensure a thorough and fair investigation is completed, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Payroll preparation and annual salary review
Office management including vendors and suppliers’ management, landlord and property management communication.
Recruited specifically to develop and implement HR and Office Administration of the newly re-organized company. Having joined the team as an HR executive, later promoted to an Assistant HR Manager position.
Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law, ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
Recruitment & retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
Expatriates employment coordination including arranging necessary documents and permits trough communication with governmental institution.
Act as a point of contact for human resources questions from staff. Use appropriate judgment to route complex questions and issues to appropriate resources and follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
Act as a point of contact in the office for questions regarding firm benefits working with the Global Benefits team, answer the majority of benefits related queries staff, and use appropriate resources, including the Global Benefits department as appropriate.
Leave and absence management, focal point for sick leave management, and insurance compensation.
Provide dispute resolution through strong employee relationship Assist Talent Acquisition to identify local sources of talent and provide career coaching for talents.
Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
Provide General assistance to an HR Team in terms of Personnel files updating, issuing certificates and other related documents as per employees’ requests and in compliance with the company policies and laws.
Respond to employment verification requests from third parties by following firm policies in all circumstances (e.g., employment verifications, employment references).
Assist in payroll as per set company policy and Labor Law, prepared all month end payroll reports.
Provid an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their benefits and entitlements.
