❖ Responsible for sites management of all Civil installation, coordination and review of executing /
commissioning interfaces and manage the work the day-to-day Preparation and implementation of project procedures related to execution. ❖Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in term of both scope and schedule to all the execution team members. ❖ Field supervision of construction Work ❖Tracking of construction progress and monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. ❖ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. ❖ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. ❖ Meet contractual condition of performance. ❖ Attending pre-site and on-site meeting during the contract, liaising with a range of any other professional involved in the project. ❖ Determine manpower levels to attain schedule milestones and monitoring manpower levels to ensure conformance to the plan. ❖ Monitoring productivity and implementing appropriate action to maintain labor productivity Implementing the site safety and security procedures and project work rules. ❖ Planning and managing the project's temporary facilities. ❖ Maintain quality for all works in accordance with the standards specified in the design documents. ❖ Administrating and motivating in installation and construction operations. ❖ Maintaining the projects mark-up drawing in an up-to-date condition through the construction phase to technical department for As-built. ❖ Follow up the completion of any corrective actions.
