lead the operation process of the department, simultaneously manage the department personnel.
Plan daily and weekly schedule for the operation process as per the filling production plan.
Control the raw material consumption (material variance controlling).
Manage more than ten products with their different formulas and different process parameters with
successful quality tests.
Fully control all production lines processing and ensure the quality required.
Follow up the daily productivity of production lines and make a study for the causes of
malfunctions.
Supervise housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Monitor and arrange the preventive maintenance of the machines.
Conducting chemical testing of ingredients and finished products.
Calculation of the percentages of chemicals to be added during the production process to obtain the
required results.
Good handling with chemicals, lab equipment's and do all analysis related to this field.
Follow up of production lines, CCP points.
Contact with all other departments (Production, Warehouse) to ensure readiness of all things.
Prepare and send daily quality report to quality control manager.
Instrumental Analysis such as:- (Spectrophotometer - Melting point - Conductivity meter- moisture
analyzer -Solid Fat Content(S.F.C) Analyzer by (N.M.R) - Lovibond Tintometer - Turbidimeter -
Refractometer, etc.)
Responsible for all the all the start ups of the machines before passing the machines to the quality
inspectors to make sure that the products approved according to the specification
Follow up the Quality Inspectors duties.
Responsible for all the new products and trials.
Ongoing testing of parts (Functional, Dimensional, Physical properties, etc.)
Communicate production and quality issues/concerns with associates and supervision whenever
