complaints.
• Participate in financial activities, such as the setting of room rates, the establishment
of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments.
• Handle the front desk clerks shifts.
• Resolve all the holding problems with the customers.
• Get the feedbacks from the guest at check out.
• Check the arrival of the next day and block the rooms.
