•And I have experience : Provide all kind of executive secretary work, including letter drafting, filling, typing, faxing, attending telephone inquiries, receiving mails, follow-up of normal correspondence, preparing & designing daily, weekly, monthly & annual reports, arranging meeting & preparing all section needs of stationery & patient’s cards and assisting front our head nurse office
•Safe custody of confidential files and other important documents belonging to the management, staff & clients.
•Arranging the clients' appointments with clinics for medical check-up for the out patent department or other department.
