Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management teams.
• Monitor progress of ongoing drilling projects including micro tunneling (MT) and horizontal direction drilling (HDD) based on key performance indicators (KPI.
• Ensure completion of the projects on time, cost and quality meeting all scope requirements.
• Identify variances and carry out cost analysis and cost control to ensure adherence to budget.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager and ensuring that the work carried out is in accordance to the schedule and making necessary changes in coordination with PM.

• Supervised the project for installation of connections in Riyadh for reuse of treated wastewater for irrigation applications.
• Managed day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work.
• Advised and provided feedback on the development of construction procurement documents, including plans, construction phase consulting services, and other related responsibilities.
• Reviewed and monitored project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewed of civil engineering and architectural plans in collaboration with the staff, consultants to manage and complete the design and city approval process.
• Communicated with the consultant team, including land planners, engineers, architects, utility companies and other third party consultants, as well as the construction team.
• Drove the development process by updating schedules, budgets, timelines, financial information, projections and closings as necessary.
• Ensured the completion of tasks within acceptable time frames through the preparation, review and management of schedules by coordinating and managing participants.
Project:
• Construction of Water Transmission facilities for water from dams - Heli, Yabeh, Al-Layth and Ibn Sa’ad - to the Shuaiba power station Project Value: SAR 100 million
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed and supervised overall project activities ensuring on time completion of project packages on time, within budget meeting scope, quality and safety objectives.
• Led the formulation, implementation, review and updating of all project plans and schedules aligned to contractual milestones and budgets.
• Planned and mobilized all project resources including manpower, equipment and materials and monitored on time availability and optimum utilization at project sites.
• Monitored and ensured that all works related to the project complied with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality plans and HSE plans.
• Conducted regular reviews of project progress in coordination with company departments, client and consultants ensuring resolution of issues and bottlenecks affecting achievement of progress milestones.
• Collaborated with contract management and finance teams in ensuring processing and settlement of all billing and invoicing as well as variations and claims.
• Monitored staff deployed at the site and ensured adherence to all company policies, procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

• Upgrading of main water networks in Hofuf, Al-Mubarraz and Abqaiq Project Value: SAR 10 million Duration: April 2007 - January 2008
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed several water networks projects in the Eastern Region of KSA involving construction of water transmission and distribution pipelines and household connections as per scope of work of assigned projects.
• Led and coordinated planning, scheduling, resource mobilization, execution of planned jobs, quality control and budget administration across all stages of the project.
• Supervised all works at project sites ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality plans and HSE plans.
• Conducted scheduled project review meetings with company departments and participated in meetings with client and consultants to resolve issues and achieve project milestones.
